And now on this day come the parties by their re-
spective Attorneys and the defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclu=
sion of the Plaintiff's right to recover, on motion of the Plaintiffs Attorney It
is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defendant
and that the Clerk do assess the damages = Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at Eighty Seven ------------ Dollars
five Cts. It is ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court
that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the Plaintiff Defendant the
said sum of Eighty Seven Dollars five Cents for his dam=
ages together with his costs taxed at Seven Dollars Twenty
------ Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
