And now this day came the parties by their
respective attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar
or preclusion of the Plaintiff right to recover on motion of the
Plaintiffs attorney It is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his
Judgement against the defendant and that the Clerk do assess
the damages - Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
two hundred & forty one Dollars Sixty four cents
It is ordered - considered and adjudged by the Court that the
Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the Defendant the said
sum of two hundred & forty one Dollars & sixty
four cents for his damages together with his costs taxed at
Eleven Dollars thirty six cents
and that the Defendant be in mercy &c

It is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the
Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant the
said Sum of money twelve hundred & sixty three Dollars
C sixty three cents - for his damages together with his cost taxed
at Eight Dollars fifty cents and that
the defendant be in mercy &c
