And now this day came the parties by their respec
tive attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion
of the Plaintiff right to recover; on motion of the Plaintiffs attorney it is
ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judgement and that the Clerk
do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Eleven hundred & Seventy four
Dollars Fifty cents It is ordered, considered and adjudged that
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
defendant the said sum of Eleven hundred & Seventy four
Dollars fifty cents for his damages together with his costs taxed
at Eight Dollars fifty cents
and that the Defendant be in mercy &c

and fifty five Dollars Sixty twelve cents It is ordered, by the
Court considered and adjudged by the Court that the Plain
tiff do have and recover of and from the defendant the said Sum
of three hundred and fifty five Dollars twelve cents
for his damages together with his costs taxed at ten
Dollars thirty two cents and that the defendant be in mercy &c
