And now this day came the parties by their respect-
ive attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar or pre
clusion of the Plaintiff right to recover - on motion of the Plaintiffs
attorney it is ordered that the Plaintiff do recover his damages of the
defendant and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at one hundred and Seventy six
Dollars Seven cents It is ordered adjudged considered and
adjudged that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the defendant the said sum of one hundred and Seventy six
Dollars seven cents for his damages together with his
costs taxed at Seven dollars Dollars sixty five cents
and that the defendant be in mercy &c

tiffs attorneys It is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judge
ment against the defendant and that the Clerk do assess the dam-
ages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at one hun-
dred and fifty four Dollars forty two cents
It is ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court that the
Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the Defendant the said
Sum of one hundred and fifty four
Dollars forty two cents for his damages together with his costs
taxed at six Dollars fifty seven cents
and that the defendant be in mercy &c
