And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attorneys, and thereupon came a Jury
to wit: 1 7

who being duly sworn well and truly to try the issue
joined by the parties after hearing the evidence of witness the
argument of Counsil and the charge of the Court returned to
consider of their verdict, and thereupon return the same day
the following verdict We the Jury find for the Plaintiff and
assess the damages at Seventy six
Dollars and eight cts. It is ordered and considered by the
Jury that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from
the Defendant the said sum of seventy six and
Eight cts. for his damages together with his costs
taxed at thirty eight dollars and thirteen cents and
the defendant in mercy &c
