And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attorneys and the defen
thereupon came a Jury to wit:

who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue
joined by the parties, after hearing the evidence of
witness, the argument of Counsil and the charge of
the Court, returned to Consider of their verdict, and there
upon and on the same day returned the following
verdict, We the Jury find for the Plaintiff and assess
the damages at Two hundred & four Dollars and Ninety
Eight Cents Whereupon It is ordered, Considered
by the Judge, that the plaintiff do have and recover off
and from the defendant the said Sum of Two hundred
& four Dollars and Ninety Eight Cents for his damages together
with his Cost taxed at
Dollars & Cents and the defendant
in Mercy &c
