                   And now on this day came the parties 
by their respective attorneys and thereupon came a Jury 
to wit:     1                       7

            5                       11
            6                       12
who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue
joined by the parties, after hearing the evidence of witness, 
the argument of Counsil and the charge of the Court, return
ed to Consider of their verdict and thereupon and on the same 
day returned the following verdict, We the Jury find for the Plaintiff
and assess the damages at four hundred and twenty
seven dollars and seventy three cents Whereupon It is ordered 
considered by the Judge, that the Plaintiff do have and re=
cover off and from the defendant, the said Sum of Four hundred
and Twenty seven dollars and seventy three cents for his damages 
together with his cost taxed at Eleven dollars and seventy nine
cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

         And now this day came the parties by their
respective attorneys and the defendant Saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover on mo=
tion of the Plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the Plaintiff do have
his Judgement against the defendant and the Clerk do as=
sess the damages  Whereupon the Clk having assessed the dam=
ages at two hundred and thirty dollars It is ordered consid-
ered and adjudged that by the Court that the Plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the defendant the said sum
of Two hundred and thirty dollars for his damages together
with his costs taxed at thirteen dollars and two cents
and that the defendant in mercy &c
