                            And now on this day came 
the parties by their respective attornies, and thereupon 
came a Jury to wit:

 6                       12
who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue joined 
by the parties, after hearing the evidence of witness, the
argument of Counsil and the Charge of the Court
returned to Consider of their verdict, and thereupon 
to wit on the next day returned into Court and
rendered the following verdict, We the Jury find for 
the Plaintiff and assess the damages at Four thou
=sand Two hundred & fourteen forty one 06/100 Dollars 
Whereupon It is ordered, Considered and adjudged
by the Court, that the Plaintiff do have and recover 
off and from the defendant, the said Sum of 
Four thousand two hundred & forty one 06/100 Dollars 
for his damages together with his Cost taxed at 
                        Dollars &
Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

The Grand Jury came into Court and made the
