                        And now on this day came the
parties by the Solicitor A.T. Banks who prosecute the
pleas of the State on this behalf, as well as the
prisoner in person, who having entered a plea of
Not Guilty thereupon came a Jury to wit

who having been duly Sworn well and truly to try
and a true deliverance make between the State of
Florida and the prisoner at the bar, after hearing
the testimony of the State Witness the argument of
the Counsil and the charge of the Court, retired in
charge of the Bailiff to consider of their verdict
and afterwards to wit on the same day returned into
Court and rendered the following Verdict, We the 
Jury find the defendant not guilty, thereupon it
is ordered by the Court, that the prisoner be released
