Thursday  November 26th 1868
of the Counsel and the charge of the Court retired
to Consider of their verdict and afterwards on the 
same day returned into Court and rendered the
following verdict We the Jury find the defendant
not guilty thereupon the Court ordered the prisoner
to be released
