                    And now on this day came the 
parties and announced their rediness for trial thereupon came a Jury to wit:

who being duly Sworn, well and truly to try the issue 
joined by the parties, after hearing testimony of 
witness the arguments of Counsil, and the charge of 
the Court retired to consider of their verdict, and 
thereafter and on the same day returned into Court
and rendered the following verdict, We the Jury 
find for the Plaintiff, and assess the damages
at Three hundred & thirty Seven dollars and forty
two Cents, whereupon it is ordered considered and 
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have 
and recover off and from the defendant the said 
Sum of Three hundred & thirty Seven dollars and
forty two Cents for his damages together with his 
cost taxed at Thirty Seven dollars and
Thirty two cents and the defendant in mercy &c
