And now on this day came
the Plaintiff by his attnys and moved the
Court for a writ if inquiry returnable in Stand**
Judgment obtained December term 1857 and thereupon
came a Jury to wit
Who having duly Sworn well and truly to assess
the damages sustained by the Plaintiff in this
action after hearing the testimony submitted to them
retired to their Rooms and returned the following verdict
We the Jury find for the Plaintiff and assess the
damages at eight hundred and three dollars and
fifty cents whereupon it is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the defendant the asses sum
of eight hundred and three dollars and fifty cents
together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at Dollars
and Cents
