And now on this day came the parties by their respective at-
torneys and thereupon came a Jury to wit

who being duly sworn well and truly to try the issues joined
by the parties after hearing the testimony of witnesses arguments of council
and the charge of the Court to consider of their verdict and thereupon and on
the same day returned into court and rendered the following verdict We the Jury

This day came the plaintiff, by his Attorney, and the defendant being called,
made default to appear, demur or plead. Therefore it is considered by the Court, that
the plaintiff recover judgment of the defendant for Three thousand two hun
=dred & Sixty two ------ the sum sworn to by the plaintiff, and
dollars the damages said plaintiff hath
sustained, and $ costs by him in this behalf expended, and that
the said defendant, the mortgagor, and all persons claiming or to claim
by through or under him, are forever foreclosed and barred of and
from his rights, or equity, of redemption in the mortgaged property in
said cause described, and that execution issue hereon as in other
cases at common law, and the said defendant in mercy &c
