d And now on this day came the parties by
their respective Attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar
or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, On motion of the Plaintiffs
Attorney It is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against
the Defendant by Default and that the Clk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at Forty Seven thousand
------------ Dollars & cts. It is ordered consider=
ed and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and
from the defendant the said sum of Forty ***** thousand
Dollars & cents for his damages together with
his costs taxed at Dollars cts
