George W. Means, Administrator of }
William C. Cunningham, deceased } Judgt on Scire Facias
Whereas, at Circuit Court on the 9th day of July, 1867 James
T. Thomas, the plaintiff by the judgment of the Court, had recovered against
James G. Jones, Administrator of William C. Cunningham, deceased, the de=
fendant, One Hundred & Thirty Nine 73/100 Dollars, and $ cents by him
expended, as appears to us of record. And whereas the death of said James
G. Jones, Administrator of William C. Cunningham, deceased, then defendant
was suggested on the record, and scire facias was granted, issued and served
on George W. Means, Administrator of William C. Cunningham, deceased,
who duly appeared and filed his plea, which plea was overruled
and stricken out by the Court. Therefore it is considered by the Court,
that the said plaintiff recover against George W. Means, Administrator
of William C. Cunningham, deceased, the sum of One Hundred & Thirty
Nine 73/100 Dollars and Fifteen 52/100 Dollars, the interest thereon since ac=
crued, and $12 55/100 the costs further by him about his suit in this behalf
expended, to be levied of the goods and chattels rights, and credits which
were of the said William C. Cunningham, deceased, and the said
defendant in mercy &c
It is ordered that all causes, actions, plaints, suits or
ordered, motions, recognizances pending in this Court
and not otherwise disposed of be continued until the
next Term of this Court
And the Court then adjourned Sine die
