                     And now on this day came the parties
by their respective Attorneys and the defendant saying noth
ing in bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover On mo=
tion of the Plaintiffs Attorney It is ordered that the Plaintiff 
do have his Judgement against the defendant and that the
Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at one hundred and eighty two Dollars & fifty
cents It is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the
Plaintiff do have and recover off and from the Defendant the said 
sum of one hundred & eighty two Dollars & fifty
    cents for his damages together with his costs taxed at
Twenty four    Dollars & sixty six  cents & the 
defendant in mercy, &c

their respective Attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover On motion of the
Plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his
Judgement against the Defendant and that the Clerk do assess 
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Seven hundred & Ninety Seven           Dollars &
Thirty one = Cents It is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from
the defendant the said sum of Seven hundred & Ninety Seven
Dollars & Thirty one cents for his damages together 
with his costs taxed at Nine ----------      Dollars & 
Eighty four cents and the defendant in mercy &c
