And now on this day came the parties by their
respective Attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar or
preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover: On motion of the Plaintiffs
Attorney it is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judgement
against the Defendant and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Dollars & cents It is
ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover off and from the defendant the said sum
of Dollars &
cents for his damages together with his costs taxed at
Dollars & cents and the
defendant in mercy &c

dred and ninety one -- Dollars & fifty Eight Cents It is
ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover off and from the defendant the said sum of
Seven hundred & nineteen Dollars & fifty Eight cents
for his damages together with his cost taxed at thirty three
Dollars & fifty five cents and the
Defendant in mercy &c
Adjourned untill tomorrow 10 OClock
