      To the Hon. Jessee H. Goss, Judge of said Court -
I have the honor to make this, my application to practice law in
the Courts of Law and Chancery in this State, I respectfully
request that your Honor will appoint a Committee of the
members of the bar to exam me as to my qualifications

twenty one years of age and a man of good moral charac
ter
