respective attornies and the defendant saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on motion
of the Plaintiffs attorney It is ordered that the Clerk do as-
sess the damages - Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the dam
ages at Ten --------------- Dollars &
cents It is ordered, considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and
from the Plaintiff Defendant the said sum of Ten

with his costs damages together with costs taxed at Ten
