        And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys and thereupon came a jury to wit
    1  J.B. Nichols       5  Henry James             9  London Adison
    2  Wm Nelson          6  George Williams       10 Gilbert Jones
    3  Daniel C. Hart     7  Arthur Simmons          11 Arthur Jones
    4  Henry Avra         8  Isaac Peach             12 Thomas Scott
who being duly sworn well and truly to try the issue joined by the
parties After hearing the testimony of witness, arguments of Counsel
the charge of the Court, retired to consider of their verdict and thereupon
on the same day returned into court and made rendered the following
verdict We find for the Defendant and assess the damages
at                        Dollars &                      cents
Whereupon it is ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court that the
    do have and recover of and from the                  the said
sum of                     Dollars &                 cents for his
damages together with his costs taxed at
Dollars &             cents and the Defendant in mercy &c

    4  Frank Whitaker       8  Primus Player         12 Peter Spann - who
being duly sworn well and truly to try the issue joined by the parties 
After hearing the testimony of witness, arguments of Counsel & the charge of the 
Court, retired to consider of their verdict and thereupon on the same day 
returned into court and rendered the following verdict; We, the jury, find 
for the Plaintiff and assess the damages at one hundred and
twelve  Dollars & fifty    cents Whereupon it is ordered, considered and ad=
judged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and 
from the Defendant the said sum of one hundred and twelve
 Dollars &  fifty  cents for his damages together 
with his costs taxed at  Ten -------- Dollars & fifteen
cents and the Defendant in mercy &c
