On this day came the Solicitor Archibald T. Banks who
prosecutes the plea of the State in this behalf as well as the
prisoner in person who having entered a plea of not guilty
thereupon came a Jury to wit

2 6 10
3 7 11
4 8 12 who
having been duly sworn well and truly to try and the deliberations
made between the State of Florida and the prisoner at the bar
after having heard the testimony of the witnesses the Arguments of
Counsels and the charge of the Court retired in charge of a Bailiff
to consider of their verdict, And afterwards to wit on the same day
returned into Court and rendered the following verdict = We the
Jury find the defendant Prisoner not Guilty = the Judge there
upon ordered the prisoner released and finally discharged

having been duly sworn well and truly to try and the deliberations
made between the State of Florida and the prisoner at the bar
After having heard the testimony of the Witnesses the Arguments of
Counsils and the charge of the Court retired in charge of a
Bailiff to consider of their verdict and afterwards to wit on
the same day returned into Court and rendered the following
Verdict = We the Jury find the Defendant prisoner not Guilty =
thereupon the Judge ordered the prisoner released and finally
discharged
Court adjourned until tomorrow morning 9 1/2 oclock
