Court met pursuant to adjournment Criminal Docket

      vs             } House breaking            }  Guilty
Dick Nelson          }            Spencer & Arnow}  
On this day came the Solicitor Archibald T. Banks who
prosecutes the pleas of the State in this behalf as well as
the prisoner in person who having entered a plea of
not Guilty thereupon came a Jury to wit
1  D.C. Hart            5  Walter Price              9   Benjamin Welcome
2  Butler Chisholm      6  Primus Player             10  Peter Spann
3  Frank Whitaker       7  Christopher Cummings      11  George Williams
4  Isham Jenkins        8  Charles Thomas            12  Arthur Simmons
who having been duly sworn well and truly to try and
the deliberations make between the State of Florida and
the prisoner at the Bar after having heard the Testimony
of the witnesses the arguments of Council and the charge
of the Court retired in charge of a Bailiff to consider
of their verdict and afterwards to wit on the same day
returned into Court and rendered the following verdict
= We the Jury find the defendant Guilty = thereupon it
is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court
that the said Dick Nelson be imprisoned at hard
labour for the Term of Ten Years

On this day came the solicitor Archibald T. Banks who

who having been duly sworn well and truly to try and
the deliberations make between the State of Florida and
the prisoner at the bar after having heard the testimony
of the witnesses the arguments of Councils and the charge
of the Court retired in charge of a bailiff to consider
of their verdict and afterwards to wit on the same day
returned into Court and rendered the following verdict
= We the Jury find the defendant Guilty = thereupon it is
ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the 
said Robert Johnson be imprisoned for Three Years at
hard labour
       Court adjourned until tomorrow morning 9 oclock
