Tuesday   December 14                  1858
who being duly empanneled and Sworn well and 
truly to try and true deliver and to make between
the State of Florida and the prisoner after hearing
the testimony of witness argument of Council and
the charge of the Court retired to consider of their
verdict and thereupon afterwards upon the same
day said Jurors returned in to Court and ren
dered the following verdict to wit We the Jury find
the prisoner not guilty it is therefore Ordered that
the prisoner be hence discharged with out delay
