                     And now on this day came the
parties by their respective Attorneys and the defen-
dant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the Plain
tiffs right to recover On motion of the Plaintiffs Atty
it is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judg
ment against the defendant and that the Clerk
do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at Three thousand three hundred
Eighty three Dollars & Thirty three Cents It is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the defendant the said sum
of dollars $3383         Dollars & Thirty three cents
for his damages together with his costs taxed at
Five ----- Dollars & 35 cents and the Defendant
in mercy &c
