And now on this day came
the parties by their respective attornies and the Defend
-ant saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
right to recover on motion of plaintiffs attorney it is
ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judgement against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Nine hundred & fifty Eight dollars and
fifty Six Cents it is ordered Considered and adjud
-ged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover off and from the Defendant the said sum
of Nine hundred & fifty Eight dollars and fifty Six
Cents for his damages together with his Costs taxed
at Four dollars & Sixty cents and the Defendant
in Mercy &c
See release of this Judgment as to West half of
Lot three (3) of Block three (3) Range Four (4) of Gaines-
ville Florida containing a front of Thirty feet (30)
running East & West and a depth of two hundred and
ten (210) feet running north & South and adjoining
the Store house now occupied by Mess Foster & Col-
clough Situated on the North side of the
Court House Square
