                    And now On this day came
the Solicitor J.B. Dawkins Esqr who prosecutes the
Pleas of the State in this behalf and well **** the
defendant in his own Proper Person and by his
attorney and the Prisoner being formally arraig
ned Pleaded not guilty and put himself upon
the County and thereupon came a Jury to wit

Who being duly selected and sworn well and 
truly to try and true deliver and make between
the State of Florida and the Prisoner at the bar
after having heard the testimony of Witnesses the argu
ment of Council and charge of the Court re
tired to consider of their verdict and thereafter
to wit on the same day returned into Court and
rendered the following to wit We the Jury find
that the Prisoner not guilty  it is therefore ordered
that he discharged without **ay
