Solicitor J.B. Dawkins who Prosecutes the
Pleas of the State in this behalf as well as also
as the Prisoners in Person who having entered
a Plea of not guilty thereupon came a Jury to
wit

Who having being duly Sworn well and truly to
try and true deliverance make between the State of
Florida and the Prisoners at the Bar after having
heard the testimony of Witnesses the arguments of
Council and the charge of the Court Retired
in charge of a Bailiff to consider of their verdict
and afterwards to wit on the same day returned
into Court and rendered the following verdict
We the Jury find the defendant Jacin Hemingway
guilty and assessed the fine of five dollars and
imprisonment One *** We the Jury find the defendants
Donald Hemingway Edward Hemingway and Levena Heming
way not guilty thereupon it is therefore ordered considered
and adjudged by the Court that the said Jacin
Hemingway do Pay a fine of five dollars
