bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to rec
over on Motion of Plaintiffs attorney it is Ordered
that the plaintiff do have his Judgment a
gainst the defendant by default and that
the Clerk do assess the damages whereupon
the the Clerk having assessed the damages at
