In the matter of the petition of }       Circuit Court  Alachua County
William O. Clegg adm of          }               Decr Term  1858
Noah P. Suggs deceased to        }
Sell real Estate per distribution}   This cause came on again to be heard
                                     upon the report of the Commissioners
A. Hilyard G.W. Hilyard and James Rucker hereinbefore appointed
by this Court to make sale of the lands belonging to the Estate of
Noah P. Suggs deceased enumerated and described in said petition
and it appearing that said Commissioners have sold said lands
consisting of one Hundred & Sixty acres at public Auction for the
Sum of two Hundred & ten dollars in cash paid by the purchaser,
to said Commissioners it is ordered on motion for petitioners
that said report be confirmed and that the said commissioners
do Execute a deed of conveyance for said lands to said
purchaser or purchasers & deliver the same --- And it is
further ordered that the Costs & charges embracing the
commissioners for sale incurred in & about this Sale & the
Execution of the Commission by said Commissioners being
first deducted & paid to them who are entitled thereto
the said petitioners shall pay over to said Commissioners
petitioner as administrator when he shall have Executed
a bond with sufficient Security to be approved by the
Court for the faithful payment & application of said
money arising from said Sale as by this decree directed
and it is further ordered that said petitioner do
distribute the said money to & among the said heirs
named and Enumerated in said petition who are of full
age and to the guardian or guardians of such as are
under age of twenty one years of any such guardian
has been appointed and if not then as soon as
such guardian shall be appointed by the Judge
of Probate as prescribed by law it is further ordered
that if said Petitioner Shall fail to give such bond &
Security approved & filed in this Court during the present
tern thereof then the said Commissioners shall distribute
the said money to said heirs as hereinbefore described di
rected & shall take from Each of such as are of full age
& from the guardian or guardians of Such as are under
age receipts for the amounts paid by them and shall
make report of their doings in this behalf at the next
term of this Court accompanying said with said vouchers
