                         And now on this came
the Parties by their respective attorneys and
Issue being joined thereupon came a Jury to Wit

Who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the
issue Joined between the Parties after hearing the
testimony of Witnesses the argument of Council and
the Charge of the Court retired to consider of their
verdict and thereafter to wit upon the same
day said Jury returned into Court and rendered
the following to wit We the Jury find for the
Plaintiff and assess his damages at three hun
dred and twenty two dollars and ten cents
Whereupon it is Ordered Considered and
adjudged by the court that the Plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the defendant
the Said Sum of three hundred and twenty dollars
and ten Cents together with his Costs in this
behalf expended taxed at                  dollars
