Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That We W.L. Bennett and Sarah M. Bennet (husband and wife)
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of (10) Ten
Dollars to them in hand paid by The Trustees of North Pleasant Grove Baptist Church
Ransom Cason and John E. Hill
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto them unto him the said Ransom Cason and John E. Hill and
their successors in office
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the NW Corner of East 1/2 of NW Qr Section (18) Eighteen, Township Seven
(7) South Range Nineteen (19) East, Running South Ninety three and one third (93 1/3)
yds Thence East Two hundred and ten (210) yds, Thence North Ninety three and one
third (93 1/3) yds, Thence West Two Hundred and ten (210) yds to the place of beginning
containing by estimation Four (4) acres acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto them the said Ransom Cason and John E. Hill (Trustees of North
Pleasant Grove Church
succesors in office
and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said W.L. Bennett and Sarah M. Bennett
his wife
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Ransom Cason and John E. Hill
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto them the said
Ransom Cason and John E. Hill
successors in office
and to their heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on the 11th day of December A.D. 1889 before
} me personally appeared Mrs. Sarah M. Bennett
wife of W.L. Bennett the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
