Alachua County       }     Know all men by these Presents:
      That Mrs Mina D Downing
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollars to her in hand paid by Mrs Kate Dell Jones 
at the County of Alachua  in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, 
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her  unto him the said Mrs Kate Dell Jones 
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly 
known and described as follows, to wit:
Lots 4-5-6 and 7 in Block thirty six (36) according to the map of the town of
Alachua in the Tompset survey, In NW of SW1/4, Section (14) fourteen
Township Eight (8) south of Range Eighteen (18) East.
This Deed is made to Correct a Deed made by the grantor herein May 24-1909
and recorded in Deed Book 77 Page 90 the Change being Section 14 in stead
of Section 15 
containing by estimation (4) Lots  acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
             To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Mrs Kate Dell Jones
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said Mrs. Mina D. Downing
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mrs. Kate Dell JOnes 
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good 
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that I  
will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her  the said
Kate Dell Jones 
and to her  heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons 
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
          In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my on this my seal, on this 8 day of April A. D. 1910

Alachua  County      }   I Hereby Certify that on the 
                             me personally appeared Mrs. 
wife of  the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate 
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose 
of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said 
Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, 
apprehension or fear of or from her husband.

who acknowledges that  she  executed, signed and delivered the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes 
therein contained and expressed.
