Addition to the Town of High Springs, Alachua County,
Florida and in consideration thereof, the said E.D. Sledge
has executed 43 certain promissory notes of of even date
hereinth, payable as follows: 1 note for $ 25 00 on December
20, 1910, and one for like amount on 20th each month
thereafter for 42 months now, if the said E.D. Sledge shall
well and truly pay the said promissory notes, with interest
as stated therein, and shall pay all taxes and insurance
upon the within-described property, into the possession of
which, from the date hereof, it is hereby agreed he shall
enter and continue, then the said G.T. Collins and Annie
Collins, his wife shall execute a deed in fee simple to
the said E.D. Sledge for the aforesaid property, when this
obligation is to be void, else to remain in full force and
virtue.

  Before me, the undersigned authority in and for said
County, personally came G.T. Collins and acknowledged
that he executed the foregoing instrument for the purposes

  Before me, the undersigned authority in and for said
County, personally came Annie Collins to me known to be
the wife of G.T. Collins who executed the foregoing bond
for Title, who, being examined separate and apart from
her husband, acknowledges that she made herself a party
to the foregoing bond for the purpose of relinquishing, re-
leasing and renouncing all her right of dower in said lands
conditioned upon, and for the faithful performance of, the
covenants therein made, and that the same is done of her
