This Indenture, Made this 16th day of April A.D. 1912,
Between Cora E. Hartley (formerly Cora E. Davis) the sole sur-
viving heir at law of True W. Davis, deceased, and D.H. Hart-
ley, her husband, both of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part, and Philip S. Delany of the
County of Jackson and State of Missouri party of the second
part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 ($ 1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, to us in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold and transferred, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party of
the second part and his heirs and assigns forever, all that
certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the line di-
viding lots 10 and 15, sec. 33, tp. 8, S.R. 22 E with Victoria
Avenue, thence southwardly along said avenue 543 feet
to the fence bounding the North side of the street leading
from said Avenue to the Wharf on Santa Fe Lake, thence
a little south of east along the North side of said street
