Avenue, thence Northerly along Victoria Avenue 682 feet,
thence east 380 feet, thence southerly to a point on Belvedere
Avenue 467 feet from point of beginning, thence west along
Belvedere Ave. 467 feet to point of beginning, (six acres, more
or less.) Also commencing at the south east corner of the
last above described tract, thence run east on Belvedere
Avenue 33 feet, North 660 feet, West 60 feet to Cora E. Hart-
ley's land, thence southwardly along the east side of said
land to the point of beginning. (being 3/4 acre, more or
less) All lying and being in section 33 township 8, south,
range 22 east, and being the lands described in and con-
veyed by deeds recorded in the public records of Alachua
County, Florida, at page 99 of Deed Book 62, and at page
515 of Deed Book 52, and at page 40 of Deed Book 54, and at
page 585 of Deed Book 83. Together with all the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances, with every privilege, right,
title, interest and estate, dower and right of dower, reversion,
remainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise ap-
pertaining: To have and to hold the same in fee simple
forever. And the said parties of the first part do covenant
with the said part of the second part that they are law-
fully seized of the said premises, that they are free from
all incumbrances and that they have good right and law
ful authority to sell the same; and the said parties of
the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever. In Witness Whereof,
the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands and seals the day and year above written.
