This Indenture, made this the 30th day of December, A.D.
1911, between M.C. Buckalew, the duly appointed, qualified
and acting Guardian of Ottis Bailey, Fredrick Bailey, Fannie
Bailey, Brooks Bailey and Nellie Bailey, minors, of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, the party of the first part,
and Annie E. Bailey, of the said County and State, party of
the second part. That whereas, on the 30th day of Decem-
ber, A.D. 1911, The County Judge of Alachua County, State of
Florida, made an order of sale authorizing the said party
of the first part to sell the said minor's undivided interest
in certain real estate situated in said Alachua County, State
of Florida, and specified and particularly described in said
order as follows, to-wit: The North-west quarter of section
Twenty-five (25), and south half of the south-west quarter of
section twenty-four (24), Township Ten (10), south of range fif-
teen (15) east. And whereas, the said court, upon due and
legal return of his proceedings under the order of sale
made by the said party of the first part, made an order
confirming the said sale and directing conveyance to be
executed to the said party of the second part. Now Therefore,
the said M.C. Buckalew, Guardian of the said Otis Bailey,
Fredrick Bailey, Fannie Bailey, Brooks Bailey and Nellie Bailey,
minors as aforesaid, the said party of the first part, in pur-
suance of an order last aforesaid of the said County Judge,
for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred ($ 100.00)
Dollars and other valuable considerations to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever, all the undivided interests of the said Ottis Bailey,
Fredrick Bailey, Fannie Bailey, Brooks Bailey and Nellie
Bailey, minors, as heirs of James Bailey, deceased, in and
to the North-west quarter of section twenty-five (25) and south
half of south-west quarter of section twenty-four (24), Town-
