This Indenture, made this the 9th day of April, A.D. 1912.
between J.A. Williams and Idella M. Williams, his wife,
and Linus P. Hardee, of the County of Alachua, State of
Florida, parties of the first part, and Polly Span, of the
County of Alachua, State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($ 1.00) Dollar and other
valuable considerations to them in hand paid, by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party
