of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, the follow-
ing described land, to-wit: The south-west quarter of the
south-east quarter and the west half of the south-east quarter
of the south-east quarter of section thirty-two (32), Township Ten
(10), south of range eighteen (18) east, containing sixty (60)
acres of land, more or less. And the said parties of the
first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever. In Witness Whereof, the said parties
of the first part have hereto set their hands and seals the
day and year first above written.

Alachua County.    }   Before me the undersigned officer duly
authorized to take acknowledgments, personally appeared J.A.
Williams and Idella M. Williams, his wife, and Linus
P. Hardee, to me well known as the identical persons
described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of Con-
veyance, and acknowledged before me that they executed,
signed, sealed and delivered the said Deed of Conveyance
for the uses and purposes therein expressed, and that
the said Idella M. Williams, the wife of the said J.
A. Williams, upon being duly questioned and examined
by me, separate and apart from her said husband, acknowl-
edged before me that she did sign the said Deed of Con-
veyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and
renouncing all her right of dower in and to the land in
said Deed described, and that said relinquishment and
renunciation was done and made by her fully and vol-
untarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband. In Testimony
whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and official seal
this the 15th day of April, A.D. 1912, at Gainesville, Flor-
