   This Indenture, made this the 12 day of April,
A.D. 1912, between Polly Shaw, widow, of the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, of the first part, and J.A.
Williams and Linus P. Hardee, of the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, parties of the second part. Witnesseth,
That the said party of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of One ($ 1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations
to her in hand paid by the said parties of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
gained and sold to the said parties of the second pa rt,
their heirs and assigns forever, the following described land
as follows: to the said J.A. Williams a three-fourths (3/4)
undivided interest in and to the said lands, and to the said
Linus P. Hardee a one-fourth (1/4) undivided interest in and
to the said lands, said lands being described as follows,
to-wit: the south-east quarter of the north-west quarter
of section Thirty-two (32), Township Ten (10), south of
range eighteen (18) east, situated and being in Alachua
County, State of Florida, containing forty (40) acres of
land, more or less. And the said party of the first 
part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever. In Witness Whereof, the
said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand
and seal the day and year first above written.

Alachua County.   }  Before me personally appeared Polly Span,
Widow, to me well known as the identical person describ
ed in and who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance,
and who acknowledged that she executed, signed, sealed
and delivered the said Deed of Conveyance for the uses and
purposes therein contained and expressed.
