The foregoing boxes and sups are cut in and hung
on timber located on lands covered by leases herein-
after described. Also for said consideration the said par-
ties of the first part do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
assign, set over and deliver unto the said parties of
the second part, their executors, administrators and
assigns, the following described lease, together with
all and singular the property rights, privileges and
equities therein contained, to-wit:

3 Lease from C.K. Green to L. Lee, dated November
18th, 1910, filed for record November 22, 1910, in the
public records of Suwannee County, Florida.
4 Lease from Mary I. Swails to L. Lee, dated December
6th, 1910, filed for record December 12th, 1910, in the
