I Further Certify That said Lilla Lee is known to use to
be the wife of said L.G. Lee, and that she this day
acknowledged before me, separately and apart from 
her husband, that she executed the said instrument
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.

This Indenture, Made this 6th. day of April A.D. 1912, be-
tween J.J. Jones (single) & Frank Ivey and Sallie Ivey
his wife, of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
part of the first part, and Will Rivers & Emma Rivers
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of
the second part, Witnesseth, that the said part of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred
($ 100.00) Dollars to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have bargained, sold and tranfer-
red, and by these presents do bargained, sell, and transfer
unto the said parties of the second part and their heirs
and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the south west corner of block fourteen
(14), and run one hundred and fifty feet (150) east
along the south line of block, then north one hundred
feet (100) parallel with the west line of block, then west
one hundred and fifty feet (150) parallel with the south
line of block, then south one hundred feet (100) along
the west line of block to the point of beginning.
