personally came Mrs Cora E. Wells to me known to be
the wife of Nimrod Wells who executed the foregoing
Bond for Title, who, being examined separate and
apart from her husband, acknowledges that she made
herself a party to the foregoing bond for the purpose
of Relinquishing, and Releasing her Dower or right of
Dower conditioned upon, and for the faithful perform-
ance of the covenants therein made, and that the
same is done of her own free will and accord, and
without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
