This Indenture, Made this 20th day of April 1912, between
Wm N. Wilson of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida party of the first part and William T. Mixson of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party of the
second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred
& 00/100 - dollars, to me in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg-
ed, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the
following described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land,
situated and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
Commence at a point 260 feet south of the south west
corner of Block One range one of the Original Survey
of the town of Gainesville and run East one hundred
Twenty (120) feet to the North east corner of Mrs Julia
E. Masseys lot then run south one hundred twenty feet
to the point of beginning of land hereby conveyed then
run south eighty (80) feet to Arlington St, then run East
eighty (80) feet to Garden street, then run North along West
side of Garden street eighty feet (80) then run west eighty
(80) feet to point of beginning in section five, Township
Ten range twenty To have and to hold the above describ
ed premises, together with all and singular the tenements,
the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong-
ing or in any wise appertaining, unto him the said
party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever. And
the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
soever. Witness our hands and seals the day and year
first above written.
