Whereas, in pursuance of the Act of Congress, approved
September 28th, 1850, entitled "An Act Granting Bounty
Land to certain Officers and Soldiers who Have
Been Engaged in the Military Service of the
United States," Warrant No 20045 for 160 acres, issued
in favor of Samuel I. Joiner Private in Captains
Parrish and Cason's Companies Florida Volunteers
Florida War, has been returned to the General
Land Office, with evidence that the same has
been duly located upon the East half of the
South West quarter, and the South east quarter
