Whereas, in pursuance of the Act of Congress, approved,
September 28th, 1850, entitled "An Act granting Bounty Land
to certain Officers and Soldiers who have been engaged
in the Military Service of the United States" Warrant
No 5865 for 160 acres, issued in favor of Henry Moore,
Private Captain Mizell's Company Second Regiment
Florida Volunteers, Florida War,
has been returned to the General Land Office, with
evidence that the same has been duly located upon
the West half of the South West Quarter and the
South West Quarter of the North West quarter of Section
Twenty nine, and the South half of the Lot Number One,
of Section Thirty, in Township Seven, South, of Range
Twenty East, in the district of lands subject to sale
at Newnansville, Florida, Containing One hundred and
Sixty Acres and thirty hundredths of an acre,
according to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said
Lands returned to the General Land Office, by the
Surveyor General, Now know ye, That there is therefore
granted by the United States unto the said Henry Moore
the tract of land above described: To have and to
Hold the said tract of Land, with the appurtenances
thereof, unto the said Henry Moore, and to his heirs
and assigns forever.
In Testimony Whereof, I, Millard Fillmore
President of the United States of America, have caused
these Letters to be made Patent, and the Seal of the
General Land Office to be hereunto affixed
