This Instrument made this 28th day of February, AD
1908, by and between Lizzie R. Pincus and Jacob Pincus,
her husband, of the County of Duval and State of Florida,
parties of the first part, and Emil Berg of the County of
Ada and State of Idaho, party of the second part, Wit-
nesseth, That the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration to them in hand paid, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bar-
gained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns for-
ever all the right, title, interest and estate of, in,
and to all those certain parcels or tracts of land
situate, lying and being in the City of Jacksonville,
County of Duval, and State of Florida, described as
follows, to wit:
That certain lot of land known and described on plat
of Paine's Fairfield addition, which was recorded in Book
"AP," page 431 of the public records of said Duval County
