by lot two (2) South by eighth avenue, and west by Center
Street, and being the same lot conveyed by James H.
Paine and Wife to Fred Wiesenfeld by deed dated June
6, 1888, and recorded among the public records in Book "BM"
at page 31; also the south half of lot five (5) in Block
twenty-two (22) according to the map of East Jacksonville;
also part of lot one (1) in Block thirty-eight (38), East Jack-
sonville, beginning at the Northeast corner of the said lot
at the southwest corner of Church and Bridier Streets, thence
south along Bridier Street twenty-eight (28) feet, thence
Westerly parallel with Church Street sixty-five (65) feet;
thence northerly parallel with Bridier Street twenty-eight
(28) feet to Church Street; thence Easterly by and along
Church Street sixty-five (65) feet, more or less to the place
of beginning; also the north half of lot four (4) in Block
thirty-nine (39) East Jacksonville, fronting fifty-two and
one half (52 1/2 feet on Bridier Street and extending East-
erly of the same width one hundred and five (105) feet,
and bounded on the north by Church Street; also the
following described lands situate in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, known and described as fol-
lows: The southeast quarter of the northwest quarter
and ten acres along the south side of the northwest
quarter of the northwest quarter of Section Twenty three,
Township Ten south, range Twenty-two east; the last
described land being the same land conveyed to J.
Grunthal, Executor by A.S. Yoder and Elizabeth Yoder
his wife, by deed dated September 4th, 1894, and record-
ed among the public records of said, Alachua County
in Deed Book 41, page 600. Together with all and sin-
gular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the right, 
title, interest, estate, dower and right of dower, prop-
erty, possession. claim and demand whatsoever, at law
and in equity, either and both, of the said parties
of the first part, of, in and to the same, and every
part and parcel thereof. The intent here of is to convey
to said party of the second part, all the interest and
