estate acquired by said Lizzie R. Pincus, party of the
first part by descent from her father, Julius Berg, late
of Duval County, Florida, the said Lizzie R. Pincus, par-
ty of the first part, together with Julius Berg, Herman
Berg and the said Emil Berg constituting all the heirs
at law of the said Julius Berg deceased. To have and to
hold unto the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals
the day and year first above written.

Personally this day before me, a Notary Public
in and for the said County and State, appeared Lizzie
R. Pincus and Jacob Pincus, her husband, to me known
and known to me to be the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing deed, and severally acknowl-
edged before me that they executed the same; and the
said Lizzie R. Pincus, on a separate examination be-
fore me, she being separate and apart from her said
husband, acknowledged before me that she executed
the same freely and voluntarily, and without any
constraint, apprehension, fear or compulsion of or from
her said husband.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my official seal this the 3rd day of
March A.D. 1908, in said County.
