ning at the Northeast corner of the said lot at the
Southwest corner of Church and Bridier Streets, thence
south along Bridier street twenty-eight (28) feet, thence
Westerly parallel with Church Street sixty-five (65) feet;
thence Northerly parallel with Bridier Street twenty-eight
(28) feet to Church Street; thence Easterly by and along
Church Street sixty-five (65) feet, more or less to the
point of beginning: Also the North half of lot four
(4) in Block thirty-nine (39) east Jacksonville, fronting
fifty-two and one half (52 1/2) feet of Bridier Street
and extending easterly of the same width one hundred
and five (105) feet, and bounded on the North by Church
Street; Also the following lands situate in the County
of Alachua State of Florida, known and described as
follows: The Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
and ten acres along the south side of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section Twenty-three,
Township ten south, Range twenty-two east; the last
described land being the same land conveyed to J.
Grunthal, Executor, by A.S. Yoder and Elizabeth Yoder,
his wife, by deed dated September 4, 1894, and record-
ed among the public records of said Alachua County
inn Deed Book 41, page 600. Together with all and sin-
gular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the
estate, right, title, interest, dower, and right of dower,
property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever,
at law and in equity, either and both, of the said
parties of the first part of, in and to the same, and
every part and parcel thereof. The intent Whereof
is to convey to said party of the second part all
the interest and estate acquired by said Herman
Berg, party of the first part by descent from his
Father, Julius Berg, late of Duval County
