           Personally this day before me, a Notary Public
in and for said County and State, appeared Herman
Berg and Ada Berg, his wife, to me known and known
to me to be the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing deed, and severally acknowledged before
me that they executed the same; and the said Ada
Berg, on a separate and private examination before she
being separate and apart from her said husband, ack-
nowledged before me that she executed the same free-
ly and voluntarily, and without any constraint,
apprehension, fear or compulsion of or from her said
husband.
